We specialize in DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, custom banners, rigid signs, adhesive vinyl, apparel printing, and sign supplies.

🛒 2. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, and cash (for local pickups).
Custom orders begin processing immediately — cancellations may not be possible once production starts.
Customer is responsible for uploading print-ready artwork unless otherwise arranged.

📦 3. Shipping & Pickup

We offer local pickup and nationwide shipping within the U.S.
Shipping timelines depend on the product type, quantity, and selected delivery method.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Delays caused by carriers or natural events are beyond our control.

📐 4. Custom Products & File Responsibility

All custom products are made using the file(s) you submit.
You are responsible for ensuring your files are correctly sized, high resolution (300 DPI), and spelled properly.
313 DTF is not liable for poor print quality due to low-resolution or flawed artwork.
If you need help with file setup, we’re happy to assist before production begins.

🔄 5. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless:

We made a mistake on your order
Your order was damaged in transit
Items are missing or incorrect

📋 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit or request printing of content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on others’ rights
Use our website for fraudulent activity
Attempt to breach or bypass our security systems

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these conditions or our policies.

The content violates our terms or applicable laws
The artwork is deemed harmful, offensive, or abusive
The customer has a history of chargebacks, threats, or abuse

All product mockups, branding, and content on our website are the property of 313 DTF. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without written permission.

You retain ownership of the artwork files you submit. We do not reproduce, reuse, or resell customer designs unless requested by you.

We reserve the right to:

Your continued use of our services indicates your agreement to any revised terms.

Damages caused by misuse of our products
Loss of business due to production or shipping delays
Issues caused by customer-provided artwork

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
